Try your Ubud tattoo before you book it

Ubud has some of the best tattoo artists on the island, and plenty of people come here meaning to get inked. Send us the design you are considering and we will print it at the exact size, so you can live with it for two weeks first. If you still love it, book the studio. If not, it fades on its own.

Wearing sacred symbols respectfully

Om, lotus and Hindu symbols are part of daily worship in Bali, not just decoration. Balinese people consider the head the most sacred part of the body and the feet the least, so place religious symbols above the waist and avoid the feet and ankles. Cover them when you visit a temple, as you would your shoulders and knees.

Retreats and group orders

Retreat leaders often order a set of matching designs for the closing circle or as a welcome gift. We can print your retreat name or logo and deliver to venues outside the centre, including Payangan and Keliki. Message us on WhatsApp with numbers and dates for a quote.

Yes. Orders paid before 4pm Bali time usually arrive in about two hours. Traffic through Mas and Peliatan can add time on busy days.

How much is delivery to Ubud?

IDR 80,000 to central Ubud and the villages around it. Venues further out, such as Payangan, may cost a little more, and we will tell you before we send.

Can I get a test print of a real tattoo design?

Yes. Send the artwork on WhatsApp, tell us the size your artist quoted, and we will print it as a two-week tattoo and deliver it within 48 hours.

Are the inks suitable for sensitive skin?

Jagua is plant-based and contains no PPD, the chemical behind black henna burns. If you have fruit or berry allergies, do a small patch test 24 hours before a full design.
